People were feeling lucky at the casino night for a good cause!

"An Evening at Monte Carlo" raises money to support caregivers of patients with dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Players tried their luck at blackjack, craps, and roulette.

Bay County Alzheimer’s Alliance board member Jason White says it's important to support the caregivers because of the pressure they're under.

"It's important to raise money for our caregivers here in Bay County, and surrounding counties, for those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, if you've ever been around a caregiver or been one, you know what it’s like, so we like to raise money to help them with education and support," said White.

The event was held at the Lyndell Conference Center.
