As community recovers, local Christmas tradition to continue

As our community recovers from Hurricane Michael, the Emerald Coast Fellowship will continue its tradition of An Emerald Coast Christmas.

The event will be Friday, December 7th at 7 p.m. and Sunday, December 9th at 6 p.m. at the Emerald Coast Fellowship located at 4102 Highway 390 in Lynn Haven. The Emerald Coast Choir and Orchestra will be joined by Audience of One Dance Studio and Carpenter Academy of Irish Dance, with a special appearance by the students and children of Emerald Coast Fellowship. The performance will also feature video vignettes highlighting what "Christmas After the Storm" looks like, produced in conjunction with Gulf Coast State College.

Clay Owens, a worship pastor for Emerald Coast Fellowship, says that this year's performance is even more special as it's the first to be held in their newly remodeled worship center.
