OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - An Okaloosa County grand jury has indicted a man for first degree premeditated murder.
Okaloosa County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Emanuel Colley for the stabbing death of Christopher Broxson in Baker. Investigators say in June, Broxson was found dead with a cut to his neck and a stab wound to his chest.
Officials say, deputies noted Colley was "acting erratically" when he was arrested.
According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office, "His DNA was found on a wet towel near the victim, as well as a beer can. A combination of Colley’s and Broxson’s blood was also found on Colley’s shorts."
