BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG) - The Bay County Chamber of Commerce is hosting Industry Appreciation Celebration during the whole month of September. Jordan McCool was live at Port Panama City to find out how.
The month-long celebration is designed to acknowledge local businesses and their involvement in the community. This year, the celebration includes multiple events:
IAC First Friday:
First Friday is one of the Chamber's most popular events. This event will be held at Florida State University Panama City Campus on September 6th at 7:30 am. This is open to Bay County Chamber of Commerce Members and their guests only.
Sporting Clay Tournament:
This event is a great opportunity to step out of the office and into the great outdoors on a challenging sporting clay course. This event will take place at the Bay County Shooting Range on September 13 at 8:00 a.m. Pre-registration is required.
IAC After Hours:
The Industry Appreciation Celebration continues with Industry After Hours, a "spin-off" of the monthly Business After Hours event. Come out and connect with other Chamber members while enjoying free food, spirits, door prizes and more at a great evening social. IAC After Hours will take place Tuesday, September 10th from 5 - 7 pm at Port Panama City.
IAC Awards Breakfast:
The Bay County Chamber celebrates local industry contributions through the prestigious Industry Appreciation Awards Program. The Chamber recognizes companies in Bay County that have made a significant contribution to our economy through expansion, export excellence, innovation, entrepreneurship, and business expansion. This event will take place at Florida State University Panama City on September 20 at 8 a.m.
