Bay District Schools moves forward with graduation plan

Graduation plans are officially approved for area schools.

At Tuesday's Bay District School Board meeting, the board voted to approve the graduation plans presented last week.

Many graduations were pushed to July in an effort to still have some sort of in-person graduation if it’s safe to do so.

District officials said senior portraits on billboards will roll out next week on billboards near area schools.

Here is the full list of graduations:

Margaret K. Lewis School will virtually May 20th.

Rosenwald High School will graduate on July 12th at 3:30 p.m. with a location to be determined.

J.R. Arnold High School will graduate July 17th at 8:20 p.m. at Gavlak Stadium.

New Horizons will graduate July 21st at 10 a.m. at Mosley's Fine Arts Building.

A. Crawford Mosley High School will graduate July 21st at 8:20 p.m. at Tommy Oliver.

Rutherford High School will graduate July 22nd at 8 p.m. at Tommy Oliver.

Bay Virtual School will graduate July 23 at 5 p.m. at Mosley's Fine Arts Building.

Deane Bozeman School will graduate July 23rd at 7:30 p.m. at Tommy Oliver.

Bay High School will graduate July 24th at 7:30 p.m. at Tommy Oliver.

Bay County charter schools have also released graduation dates and locations.

North Bay Haven Academy will graduate July 19th at 10 a.m. at Tommy Oliver.

Central High School will graduate July 21st at Palm Bay's cafeteria.

Palm Bay Academy will graduate July 23rd at 7 p.m. at the school's cafeteria.

Chautauqua Charter School will graduate September 3rd at 6 p.m. at Bay High School's cafeteria.
