Businesses reopen in Panama City

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Target will reopen its newly remodeled doors Tuesday afternoon after a ribbon cutting ceremony for a brief glimpse into the store. Target's grand reopening will be on February 17th.

The Pet Supermarket opened a temporary location on Monday down the
street after the original store collapsed during the hurricane.

Applebee's is currently only open for trainees, but it will reopen to the public on February 18th.

Outback Steakhouse will open its doors again on the 25th.
