Gulf Coast State College to host College Night

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG) - A one-stop-shop of information for local students is coming to our area this week. A guest joined us in our studio with the details.

Gulf Coast State College is hosting its annual “College Night” this Thursday, September 12 from 6:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. in the Advanced Technology Center at the Panama City Campus. The event is free and open to the community.

Over fifty colleges and universities from across the nation will be in attendance and representatives will be on hand to provide information about degrees, programs, student life, athletics, careers, scholarships, and financial aid.

“College Night” is a great opportunity geared towards local high school students and current Gulf Coast students looking to transfer to a university, get into a trade, or even join the military. It can also be beneficial for parents, teachers, administrators and anyone thinking about coming back to school or attending college for the first time.
