Crews spent the night battling a fire that broke in the woods in Bay County.
It started Tuesday afternoon around 4 p.m. near Star Avenue and Highway 231.
Officials say the sparks from a power pole started the fire. As of late Tuesday night, the fire was 90% contained. They say flare ups and smoke could still be in the area so please use caution.
Crews will return Wednesday morning to make sure the fire is out. There were no reported injuries or deaths.
