TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - FEMA is reimbursing the Florida Department of Agriculture more than $1.5 million for Hurricane Michael expenses.
FEMA will give back $1,531,212 to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for mosquito spraying costs after the storm.
Mosquito control spraying was done in Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Jackson, Liberty, and Washington Counties from October 10th to November 11th.
This grant is through FEMA's Public Assistance Program.
