PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Around 7 p.m. Saturday, Panama City firefighters say they tackled a small brush fire in St. Andrews.

A chief with the Panama City Fire Department said it happened near 3001 W 10th Street near Harbour Village on the water side.

They report the brush fire was about a 40 by 20 yard area and no structures were affected. The wind did present some trouble for the crews, but they were ultimately able to put it out with no injuries and no structural damage.

An investigator was called to the scene, but they were not able to determine what caused the fire.
