WALTON COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG) - The turkey may get all the attention on Thanksgiving, but it's the sides that make the feast!
A local chef with Fleming's Steakhouse joined us in our studio with expert advice on elevating traditional favorites such as Brussels sprouts, mac and cheese, and potatoes. Examples include using chipotle panko breadcrumbs and smoked cheddar to elevate a plain mac & cheese dish, using bacon vinaigrette, flash-frying your Brussels sprouts, and adding ingredients such as jalapenos and leeks to potatoes.
