Focus on Adoption: A family of eight

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Paul and Tiffani Hinds decided to be foster parents because they knew the need was great in this community. What they didn’t realize is that their family of two would soon grow and grow.

“With situations like this, you don't know if you're going to get a teenager, you're going to get a toddler, a baby. You don't know what your needs are going to be. You don't know what they're going to come with, what they're going to need, and so that can be challenging, but we were up for the challenge, and we were rewarded by that challenge,” said Tiffani.

The couple’s first foster child was a 20-month-old baby named Hunter. They later had a sibling group of three come stay with them. A year later, another sibling group of three came into their life. The family eventually adopted all seven children and then found out they were pregnant with Benjamin.

"It's busy. It's hectic, but it's our normal. When people find out how many kids we have, they go 'Wow! How do you do it?' It's our normal, so I don't really know anything else, but I know that our strength comes from God," explained Tiffani.

The Hinds children range in age from 4 to 17 years old. Click on the video attached to this article to see more from the happy family.
