Former Bay County students head to France for historic celebration

BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG) - Three talented Bay County High School Alumni that were percussionists at their respective schools are headed to France for a historic event. They joined us in the studio with more on their special opportunity.

Braden Pacer and William Walker are graduates of Mosely High School and Simon Prado is a graduate of Bay High School. They are Florida State University students and band members of the world-renowned Marching Chiefs.

The Marching Chiefs accepted an invitation to Europe and will be traveling to France this summer to participate in the official parade to take place June 6th for the 75th Anniversary of the Normandy D-Day Invasion.

They will be representing Bay County, Florida and the United States of America in this historic celebration.
