Four more people arrested during a Tuesday morning home invasion investigation
There have been more developments in a
that left the intruder dead.
Bay County Sheriff's Deputies say four people staying in a rental home with the alleged home invader were arrested after deputies found several illegal drugs in the home.
According to deputies, a group from Georgia were staying in a vacation rental a block away from where the home invasion happened.
While investigating the incident, deputies say they went to the home they were renting and saw illegal drugs in plain sight.
Deputies say they obtained a search warrant and found LSD, cocaine, THC resin, and some unknown substances, believed to be hallucinogens, were sent off for testing. Deputies say they also found a unsecured gun and $1,608 in cash.
Deputies say there were children in the home so the individuals were each charged with child neglect.
Deputies arrested Ellecia Bryant, 42, Ashayla Lewis, 19, Ourania Moore, 26, and Khary Johnson, 35.
Bryant was charged with possession of marijuana more than 20 grams, possession of THC resin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and child neglect.
Lewis, Moore, and Johnson were each charged with possession of LSD, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana more than 20 grams, possession of THC resin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and child neglect.
Deputies they could face additional charges after lab tests come in.
