In Franklin County, restaurants are reopening after being closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Restaurants are now allowed to reopen at 50 percent capacity.

Some are taking extra steps to make sure the places are clean.

At Half Shell Dockside Oyster Bar and Grill in Apalachicola, general manager Ashley Grieg said it's been busy ever since they've reopened.

"It feels good, we've needed it, I think every business can agree that it's a good thing for us and something that we're very happy to see," said Grieg.

Grieg also said they are wiping down tables, chairs, and condiments more than usual to keep customers safe.
