JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Sending Christmas cards to family and friends is an annual tradition, but what about life-size Christmas cards?
This year, about 15 giant Christmas cards can be found around the walkway at Citizens Lodge in Marianna.
The cards represent several different organizations, including the Jackson County School Board, Chipola College, and Southern Craft Creamery.
This is the first year the Chamber of Commerce has hosted the display. Organizers said the community's response has been positive.
"Several years ago, something was done similar at the Dozier School and people remember driving out through that property and seeing the cards and also out at Circle D Ranch, so it was really reminiscent for several of the locals in the community," Jackson County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Tiffany Garling said.
"They're creative and they're colorful," nine-year-old Savannah King said.
The cards will stay up until December 31st.
