Graceville man in serious condition after crashing into semi

A Graceville man is in serious condition after a crash in Holmes County Tuesday night.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Richard Lane, 63, was driving south in the northbound lane of State Road 79, near 2nd Avenue. Officials say a semi pulling a trailer was driving north on State Road 79 when the driver tried to avoid hitting Lane.
The front of Lane's car crashed into the semi and rotated. The semi became fully enguled in fire. The driver of the semi was not injured.
Lane was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
