Heartland Rescue Ranch accepting Christmas trees for animals

If you're looking for a way to get rid of your Christmas tree while also helping out some farm animals, we've got the place for you.

Heartland Rescue Ranch is accepting undecorated Christmas trees for its animals. The farm animals there like to eat the trees or even use the needles as bedding.

You can leave your tree at the gate to the ranch throughout next week.
