"It's very hard not to have fun in our music classroom. We dance, we sing, beat on stuff and we just have a good time," Eadie said.
While singing and dancing, students are taking a break from academics, something Eadie says is important.
"Well there are studies that show singing automatically heightens the serotonin levels in your brain. It automatically makes you happier. The more we sing, the better we sing, the happier we are. I just believe in having a creative outlet for our students," Eadie said.
Students get to be creative the minute they step in the classroom. This Golden Apple winner says she hopes to continue inspiring her students through music.
"I love coming to my job everyday because it doesn't feel like work. I've been passionate about bringing young people up and having an impact on their lives and letting music be my vehicle for doing that," Eadie said.
