At A.D. Harris Learning Village, local churches and organizations shared services, ideas and other information about recovery efforts.

Event organizers say it's all about finding more ways to help people in need.

"This city cares and the city wants to help people rebuild. We just have to go through these different agencies and organizations to get the most out of the money that we have available," said World Changer David Flatt.

Community leaders also handed out information to locals about recovery efforts underway. Event organizers say they plan to have several meetings throughout the year.
