PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG) - One local organization is helping our area recover from Hurricane Michael by bringing in experts. A guest joined us with more on where you can hear them speak.
Panama City Growing Strong will host Ed McMahon as their next guest speaker. The event will be on February 12th at 6 p.m. at the Bay County Commission Chambers. It will be free and open to the public.

Ed McMahon holds the Charles E. Fraser Chair on Sustainable Development at the Urban Land Institute in Washington, DC where he is nationally known as an inspiring and thought-provoking speaker and leading authority on topics related to sustainable development, land conservation, smart growth, and historic preservation.
