Local teen artist helping with Hurricane Michael recovery

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG) - One local teen artist is helping out Hurricane Michael victims. She joined us in the studio to tell us how and give us a preview.

DeDrinique "Noony" Barnes is a gospel recording artist. She graduated from Arnold High School in 2018. Her first single "Total Praise" was played in several different radio stations around the world.

She will be dedicating her concert on March 16th for Hurricane Michael relief and is donated some of the proceeds to churches that have been assisting families in the community.

She will be releasing her new single "Light" to bring light to the destruction here in Bay County.

Check out the video to hear her new song.
