Lynn Haven officials to give thousands to local families for hurricane relief

LYNN HAVEN, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Lynn Haven City Leaders are giving 55 families each a $1,000 grant to help them recover from Hurricane Michael.

This grant money comes from the Hurricane Relief Fund the city started last year.

Lynn Haven Mayor Margo Anderson said the families will be able to use the money for groceries, repairs, bills and anything else they may need to help them get by through this difficult time.
