Panama City police say on Saturday March 28, they responded to a call about windows and doors being smashed and a fire being set on the Gulf Coast State College campus.

Police say Cody Bogle, 38, of Jacksonville was found at the scene.

Bogle was arrested after the investigation and charged with burglary and arson.
