WASHINGTON COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - An argument over a tractor battery leads to a drug arrest in Washington County.

Sheriff's deputies arrested Jesse Hall, 31, after an investigation into a reportedly stolen tractor battery.

They say Hall's uncle told them his son and hall had stolen the battery. When they went to investigate, they asked Hall if he had any weapons or illegal substances on him. He allegedly told them he wasn't sure if he had meth on him or if he had left it at home.

He was arrested for meth possession. As it turns out, the battery was never stolen.
