Man sentenced to 30 years in Springfield stabbing
A Bay County man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Officials with the State Attorney's office say Samuel Solomon stabbed the mother of his children in the chest multiple times in Springfield in January. They say he was stopped by two good samaritans who heard the victim scream.
Solomon was convicted of attempted second-degree murder in June and Wednesday he was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
