Medical Monday: Pediatric surgery available locally

Children who require routine or emergency surgery can be treated in the Panhandle. Pediatric Surgeon Dr. Beth Walford is one of two pediatric surgeons working at Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center. She says it's not necessary for parents to travel far from home to have their child's surgery needs met.
