An expert joined us in the studio to tell us about a common surgery that affects younger boys.
Dr. Michael Taylor, a pediatric surgeon with Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center, says undescended testicles is a common issue for young boys. If untreated, it can cause significant problems, like infertility and even cancer.
If pediatricians can catch the condition early, children can avoid these future problems.
