Mission BBQ in Panama City was giving away free barbecue all day to Korean War vets.

National Korean War Armistice Day is the day when the agreement was signed that ended the war between North and South Korea.

The restaurant often recognizes veterans, and Saturday was just another way for them to do that.

A.J. Rodriguez, the General Manager at Mission BBQ in Panama City, said, "It's everything, honestly. I get so much from the fact that we're able to do stuff like that. It may be small, but for them it might be huge."

Workers say they were grateful to be able to honor these heroes.
