Good Monday morning everyone!
It's a cloudy start over NWFL with a few very small patches of mist or drizzle possible this morning on VIPIR 7 Doppler Radar.
Otherwise, it's a cool start in the upper 50s this morning with a stiffening northerly breeze. There will be a little chill to the air, especially in the morning under the clouds and drizzle so grab a light jacket for the drive.
The clouds will decrease through the midday, and we'll be in full on sunshine for the afternoon. That will help temps warm up to the mid 60s.
However, we have a secondary cold front on the way and that will bring a chill back to the forecast for tomorrow. We won't notice this frontal boundary passing through as skies will stay clear. But by the time we wake up tomorrow, we'll be in the 30s and highs under sunny skies will only reach the 50s.
It's a short-lived cold shot thankfully as high pressure builds back into the southeast and slides quickly to the east allowing for southerly winds to take over during the midweek. That will help bump temps back up into the 60s in the afternoons, or a more seasonal feel.
For today, mostly cloudy skies this morning with areas of mist or drizzle, clouds decrease to sunny skies in the afternoon. Highs today will be in the mid 60s. Your VIPIR 7 Day Forecast will bring in a quick chill for Tuesday before temperatures start to rebound into the 60s for the rest of the week.
