It's a quiet start on radar this morning with a bit of cloud cover cruising by. We should still manage to see a filtered sunrise among the mid to upper level clouds today.
Otherwise, it's a mild start, but feeling a bit more tolerable thanks to low humidity. You could really feel the difference yesterday afternoon with the more tolerable heat during the day thanks to the lower humidity. However, it'll go back on the rise today. High temperatures will rise back up to near 90 degrees this afternoon, and with more humidity, it'll feel more like the low to mid 90s.
Daytime heating and the sea breeze will try to flare up a few stray afternoon showers today to cool off a few. Rain chances are only around 10% for the coast(looking around Panama City to Port St.Joe for a storm) and 30% inland today.
High pressure is sliding out toward the Atlantic allowing for a little more lift over the Panhandle in the coming days.With more moisture returning as well, we'll see our rain chances go up through the midweek as typical summery afternoon storms develop. Otherwise, expect it to remain hot and humid through the week if you don't catch a shower to help cool you off.
