One person is dead after a crash in Youngstown, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers say the crash happened just after 6 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Commander Lane and Highway 2301 in Youngstown.

Troopers say a truck driven by Rodney Odom was driving down Highway 2301 in an "erratic manner" and ran into the back of an abandoned RV on the side of the road.

Odom's passenger, Angelina Dettman, 46, of Bonifay was killed in the crash.

Odom was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
