KINARD, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Operation "Crushed Ice," a Calhoun County Sheriff's Office drug bust, ended successfully Tuesday with nine arrests.

On Tuesday, Dec. 3, members of the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office, the North Star Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force (NSMDTF) and the Calhoun/Liberty Correctional K9 units executed nine arrest warrants in Kinard for the distribution of meth.

The operation's success is the result of six months of undercover work conducted by the NSMDTF investigators who have been covertly making controlled purchases of meth from multiple drug dealers in Kinard.

At the time of the arrests, 17.3 grams of crystal meth and other drug paraphernalia were recovered.

The nine people arrested in this case are: Brian Daniels, Angelia Kelsoe, Tammy Melton, Amy Jackson, Richard Lundgren, Williams Skipper, Stacy Boos, Cristy Dawsey, and Frank Huber - all for the sale of methamphetamine.
