Bay County Sheriff's Office investigators allege that Nathaniel Tice, (left) and Jessica Delauder (right) rented condos and never paid the condo owners. Both are charged with multiple counts of grand theft and fraud.

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A man and woman from Panama City Beach who operate a property management company have been arrested on charges they rented condos and didn't pay the condo owners.

Investigators say Jessica Deluder, 35, and Nathaniel Tice, 42, are charged with multiple counts of grand theft and fraud. The two are listed as the owners of Vacation Place Rentals.

According to the news release from BCSO: "In January of 2017, a condominium owner filed a complaint with the BCSO stating that he had not received any rental fee payments from the property management company managing the rental of his condo since mid 2016. Additional owners also began filing similar complaints."

"The BCSO Financial Crimes Unit was assigned the case and began the investigation....When contacted about the lack of rental fees being paid to condo owners since July 2016, the couple blamed their financial troubles on a previous employee who took their money and also failed to pay taxes."

"After a detailed examination of their financial records and interviews with Delauder and Tice, investigators obtained a warrant for their arrest."

Deluder is facing ten charges of grand theft and fraud. Tice is facing eleven charges of grand theft and fraud.
