Panama City shooting injures one, one charged

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A man is facing charges after a shooting over the weekend.

Panama City Police say they got a call Sunday about a 33-year-old man with a gunshot wound at My Place Apartments on 13th Street. Police say his wound was not life-threatening.

Police say the victim and the suspect, Osvaldo Junior Roman Rivera, 32, got into an argument. They say Rivera shot the victim.

Police tell us Rivera came to the Panama City Police Department Monday morning. He was arrested and charged with aggravated battery.
