The Sixth Annual Public Eye Soar Festival was held this weekend and had everything from movie showings to interactive art.

The festival had almost 150 artists, almost all of whom were locals.

Co-organizer Margaret Webster said the festival continues to grow each year.

"We put it on because there are so many talented people in Bay County, and a lot of them you would never ever know how creative and talented they really are, so our goal in life is to show that to the world, show that to Panama City, show that to Bay County," said Webster.

Our very own Jake Brown and Blake Brannon were at the festival showing their film "Chapter Nine."
