BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Over the last couple of years, Randy "Bo" Holley has been arrested after "destructive device" went off at his home in Bay County and after leading law enforcement on car chases. Friday a judge ruled Holley qualifies as a habitual felony offender and sentenced him to 25 years for fleeing or attempting to elude LEO.
The State Attorney's Office said during Holley's trial two weeks ago, they were able to prove Holley was involved in two car chases in Bay and Washington Counties.
