Recount likely coming for two Florida races

A couple very tight races in Florida following the mid-term elections have some saying it's not over until it's over.

According to Bay County Supervisor of Elections Mark Andersen, The Department of State will likely call for a recount for the U.S. Senate and Agriculture Commissioner seats. Rick Scott and Bill Nelson along with Matt Caldwell and Nikki Fried are vying for the positions respectively.

He said provisional ballots will be counted by 5 p.m. Thursday and the official word about a recount will come down sometime Friday.

If ordered, Andersen said canvassing board members will meet Sunday afternoon and start the process.
