Investigators have released the name of the person whose remains were found the day before Thanksgiving in Pine Log State Forest.

Bay County Sheriff's Deputies say the bones belong to Tobias Benjamin Orloff, 60.

They say Orloff lived in Panama City Beach and went missing in July 2018. They say his vehicle was found in the parking lot of Pine Log State Forest around that time. Investigators searched the area but did not find Orloff.

Deputies say hikers found his remains in the park.
