Sabrina Whitmire is the 850Strong Student of the Week

This week's 850Strong student of the week is Sabrina Whitmire.

She is a senior at Mosley High School and a varsity softball player.

Sabrina has played softball since she was in t-ball and played varsity all throughout her high school career.

Sports is such a big part of Sabrina's life, and coronavirus ending the softball season was hard, but she has been able to stay positive through it all.

"Just to keep your head up, that's all we can really do right now, keep hope. Lean on your teammates because you know, everybody is going through the same things, so just be there for one another and try to be a positive as you can," said Whitmire.

Sabrina has signed to play softball at LBW in Alabama and plans to transfer after two years to major in sports medicine.
