Kids got to see Santa and Mrs. Claus fly into H.G. Harder's Park in Panama City on a helicopter Saturday.

At the Selfie-With-Santa event, children were able to meet Santa and take a picture with him and his reindeer on his sleigh.

Bay County officials say children and their families usually go to the Panama City Mall to take pictures with Santa, but the mall is closed due to damage from Hurricane Michael, which is why they had the event.

"Just another reason for, if you are not playing baseball or softball you could come here and meet Santa too. We have something for everybody,” said Bay County Parks Division Manager Travis Barbee.

Children were also able to fill out Christmas Wish Lists get cookies from Mrs. Claus and do a candy cane hunt.
