BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Have you heard music playing down Harrison Avenue? Well, it's most likely coming from a piano sitting outside the Martin Theatre.

With the words 'PLAY ME' spelled out on top, the piano is for public use.

The street piano was put out on display by the Martin Theatre staff as a way to brighten up downtown with some music.

The theatre sustained major damage from the hurricane and staff has been clearing out the theatre to get rebuilt.

But staff didn't want to give up the piano, so they put it on display and say the response has been great.

Once crews start to rebuild the theatre the piano will have to move, hopefully just down the road.
