A gradual warm-up is coming for the workweek.
The end of the weekend is looking to remain in the mid 60s, with conditions returning to the 70s by midweek. It's worth noting our average high for this time of year is 73 degrees, so we will be returning to average conditions by the end of the week. We won't see rain return until next weekend either, with a 20% chance of showers returning by Saturday. In regard to the tropics, there is a 20% chance of development of a system east of the Leeward Islands over the next 5 days, but the good news is it is not expected to be a threat for us here in the Panhandle. Hurricane season ends in 14 days!
