Tennessee man dies after being pulled from the Gulf

A Tennessee man is dead after being rescued from the Gulf near Beach Access 52 in Panama City Beach on Monday.

Beach Police say Randal Bagley, 61, was rescued from the Gulf after he became distressed and was pulled to shore by rescuers. They say when responding officers got there, he was unconscious.

Bagley was taken to the hospital where they say he died shortly after.

A single red flag was flying at the time.
