MARIANNA, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - The Lazy Acres Family Farm in Marianna is hosting a farm tour day on Saturday.

The farm includes cows, pigs, chickens, and baby goats.

Farm goers can purchase wildflower honey and pasture-raised chicken and pork from the farm store.

The Ziglars, who own the farm, say they hope the tour will give people a better understanding of what their lives are about.

"It'll be a time where they can look and see and smell and hear what a farm is and just see what it's all about," Ryan Ziglar said.

The farm tour lasts from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m.

The store will usually be open on Saturdays from 8 a.m. until noon. Weekdays are on a "call and see" basis.

"We're here during the week, but we encourage people to call," Ziglar said. "We would hate for people to drive some distance, because we are kinda out in the boonies, but drive some distance and we be gone or something."

The Ziglars will be adding more to their farm throughout the year.

In the fall they'll have a six-acre corn maze, pumpkin patch, and a place for paintball target practice.

You can find the farm on Facebook and Instagram.

The address is 6512 Americus Road, Marianna, Florida 32446. The phone number is 850-557-0471.
