Panama City Beach Sports Complex in need of new manager

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - The Panama City Beach Sports Complex opened in July of 2019 and has been successful beyond the expectations of its developers. This is partially because of the efforts of J. D. Wood, the general manager.

However, that success has translated into his leaving for a new position in his home state of Texas. It was announced at the Tourist Development Council meeting that he has been offered a position in the Dallas Sports Authority.

The job position opening was posted Tuesday with the hope of hiring a new general manager in the very near future.
