PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - The 23rd Street plaza known as Panama City Square had a big day today.
Homegoods, T.J. Maxx, and Big Lots all reopened Sunday more than seven months after Hurricane Michael.
Staff lined up to welcome shoppers back to their stores, and T.J. Maxx even had a D.J.
The plaza took a hard hit, so shoppers were happy to see stores back open for business.
