TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - According to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, the total insured losses from Hurricane Michael were $6,654,241,887 as of Friday, June 28, 2019.
The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation website says so far, 85.3% claims have been closed.
According to the site, after the hurricane there were 147,877 insurance claims, now there are only 21,669 still open.
