Father's Day is Sunday and you don't want to forget Dad's appetite. So we brought in an expert to give you an idea to treat him this weekend.
Back Beach Barbecue is open from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day except Sunday. On Sundays, they are open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
To get your brisket crunchy on the top and moist on the inside, they recommend cook it at 250 degrees for two hours. They say when you cut it open, you should start cutting on the lean side.
