Good Tuesday morning everyone!
It's a quiet start on VIPIR 7 Doppler Radar with clear skies overhead. We'll see plenty of sunshine today when it rises at just before 7am.
Temperatures will still be seasonally cold, as we're waking up right now in the 30s inland and low 40s on the coast. Highs today will run a good ten degrees below our average, in the low 60s this afternoon. The seasonally cool pattern will stick with us for the rest of the work week before we see some changes head our way.
High pressure will settle in and keep our skies nice and sunny through the work week. But by the end of the work week and into the upcoming weekend, that high will slide further to the east and redirect our flow from the south pumping back in the warmth and humidity.
That may lead to a small chance of a little rain through the weekend.
But it's a bigger sign of a pattern change occurring in our upper level pattern as a ridge of high pressure will slide in from the west for next week. That should spell a more seasonal, if not above average week ahead for next week.
For today, abundant sunshine and blue skies with a cool light breeze from the north and highs in the low 60s. Your VIPIR 7 Day Forecast will keep us in the low 60s under sunshine for tomorrow as well, before a rebound heads our way this weekend.
